Looking to book your follow-up session? You are in the right place! Book your coaching session with me whenever it fits your schedule. I know you're busy, and your schedule is constantly changing. That's why I offer coaching sessions that fit your schedule and lifestyle. Book whenever you feel ready to take the next step. We go at your speed. If this is your first time to rebook go with the recommendation we discussed in your initial session. The general recommendation for follow-up sessions is every 1-2 weeks. This gives you the time to implement the recommendations and experience the results. At each follow-up session, we check-in with how you are doing and make any needed adjustments.
